This very old mantle was removed from the wall, partially disassembled, totally stripped, repaired, reinstalled and painted with custom-colored milk paint.

“Toby Everett did a phenomenal job helping me restore an 1810 farmhouse to its original beauty. He used salvaged yellow pine for cabinet doors and a window seat; reconstructed a dozen old windows with the original glass, and did an amazing job painting the trim and wainscoting. He’s a true artist.”    Sebastian Junger, Truro

Custom built pine bookcase with milk paint finish.

“Toby custom built this bookshelf to house my collection of heavy art books.  He perfectly calculated the fit of the bookcase to the space, tailored the paint finish to work with an old house, and added lovely details to the top and bottom.” Maura Coughlin, Wellfleet
